		<description>This is very clever stuff. Reminds me of the story of a senior bureaucrat going to an indian reservation in the american southwest. As he promised things, the crowd yelled &quot;hoya, hoya&quot;. The more he promised, the more they yelled &quot;hoya, Hoya&quot;.

At the end of the presentation, the bureaucrat, feeling pretty satisfied with himself, said to the chief that he understood this reservation was famous for its horses and that he would love to see their operation. The chief agreed, took the man to the paddock, but cautioned him to watch out and not step in any hoya.</description>
