Premium White Ultra and Dazzle Smile Scam Warning!

Teeth Whitening Scams – Severe Toothache, Headache & Full of Butt Pain.
There are plenty of Teeth whitening products like Dazzle Smile, Dazzle White Pro, Premium White and premium white pro etc. Let me assure you that all these scams are run by the same company called “Dazzle White”. They just change the product and company name once the Internet is filled with 1000’s of negative comments and user complaints. However, amazingly people still fall to these cons.
Does teeth whitener like Dazzle Smile and Premium White really work?
Surely, it doesn’t work. That’s the reason they offer the free trial which in reality nothing but a credit card scam. Once you accept this free trail offer, money will be looted from your account month after a month.
Surprisingly Dazzle White Company has Better Business Beuro (BBB Online reliability program) listing. Owner’s name is Jesse Willms (AKA Jesse Williams?) If you look at their BBB online feedback you can see 100’s of complaints from ripped off customers. In fact, this is the same company behind all those Acai berry scams, Hoodia, Green tea, Wu-yi tea and Colon cleanse scams.
How Does Teeth whiteners work?
Only God knows…In fact, I really don’t know. I don’t know its ingredients; I don’t know if they have undergone any clinical trials; I don’t know if there is any medical proof. The only thing I know is, people buy these free trial offers and daily 1000’s of people become a victim.
Beware of Fake Blogs, Fake Case Studies and Fake Testimonials.
Cons went to one step ahead and started abusing social media networks like Twitter.com, Facebook.com etc., where they pretend like real customer. The latest one is called “Fake Blog (Flog or Splog). You’ll see fake blogs like JessicaTeetchwhite.com, JennyGotWhiteSmile.com etc. where you’ll see factious character promoting these scams.
The Bigger SCAM is Free Trial Offer:
We, human being tend to get tempted when we see something for “FREE”. Free trial SCAMS are not free actually. To get the free offer you have to provide them with your credit card details. Initially, you’ll be charged only for “shipping & handling” which small fee. However, if you read the “terms & conditions” of the offer, you’ll come to know how you’ll be trapped.
14 Days to do everything!

Fake smile, fake blog and fake teeth whitener.
The terms clearly say that you have 14 days to try the product. After that you’ll be charged $90 per month. If you don’t want to be re-billed you have to return the product within 14 days. So you get 14 days to receive the product, try it, make sure it doesn’t work, contact the company and get “Return authorization code” (RAM) and send it back – all within 14 days!
Contacting their customer support and getting cancellation confirmation is full of hassles and butt pain…you’ll be crying with frustration and pain.
The BIG BIG Lies:
The shocker is this company will send you another merchandize within 4-5 days after you place the free trial order – you don’t even get 14 days and your credit card will be charged for full price!
Before you realize that you have been conned, your card will be charged for few hundred bucks. The only option left for you is cancelling the credit card.
I’ve been scammed by a free trial offer- what should I do now?
I’m really sorry to say this; please cancel your credit card immediately…go now and call your credit card company. If possible dispute the charges; there is no guarantee that you’ll win the dispute because you have already agreed their so called “Terms & Conditions”. Cancelling your card would prevent you from future charges.
The FTC is trying hard to prevent these online scams. However, con artists find new ways to scam people.
Safe Online buying practice:
If something sounds too good to be true, then it is…remember it always. If you don’t trust an online merchant please always use “Virtual credit card” (VC). VC is a pre paid credit card, which can be used only once. So the con man’s can’t charge your card repeatedly.
And finally please forget teeth whitening products like Dazzle Smile, Premium Whitener.

I feel like an idiot I fell for the same scam. I ordered my free trial on October 200909 the shipping was only 2.95, 2 days later I got a new charge for $48.92 for an item I did not ordered or received. I called and request explanation for the $48.92 and they said it was part of the agreement . I canceled the order and request my refund. They stated that a refund will be issue as soon as I receive and return the product which was the tray kit. About 2 weeks after I call them because I did not received the famous tray kit. I finally received the kit about 1 week before Thanksgiving. Today I found a charge for the amount of $86.93. I called them again and their statement was that the charge is for the tube or pen that was send for trial for free. This people is the biggest scam. they advertise try for free and stick you for full price if not returned between 14 days. This company is associated with several names and articles. They have the audacity to charge your account even if you cancel
and after they already send you an e-mail with cancellation confirmation.

Ordered Premium White on NOV 13, 2009. The order form stated the S&H was $1.95 and the product would arrive around NOV 20, 2009, 7 days later. They charged my credit card $11.90 (US funds) for S&H and stated that, as I could read in the fine print of their terms and conditions on a different page, there is an additional $9.95 for shipping outside the US. I received package on December 11, 2009 (past the 14 day trial period) from Pickering Ontario with a $1.18 postage stamp. They had already charged my credit card an additional $87.62. The pen like applicator did not dispense the gel. Called their customer service number 866-528-6214 several times. Phone kept ringing until a recorded message would state that the person you are calling is not answering, call back later. On-line chat for customer service "Audry" stated a new box will be reshipped, with another $11.90 S&H charge. Their Service Department, at 888-591-2190, are going to extend the money back guarantee offer a further 30 days, since the first 30 days was expired due to late delivery. I have to ship the defective product back to them at my cost.
The same company sells now the same staff but name is different. Was Dazzel Smile and now is the name Premium White.I lose lot money but i get mine money back from bank.U can call to this company or send staff back –but this not helping.U need close u card and get new card with new card number.
i am in uk and have been constantly on the phone to my CC company ever since , 1 person said they can still keep charging me and i will have to fill out forms and claim the money back , then another person said the card has been cancelled and no more money can be taken from it…i have today phoned up once more after reading up on everyones replies and reported the card lost , told them about the situation and they have also confirmed card is cancelled and no futher transactions can be made, they will be sending me forms to claim back this money that has already been taken!
i think its ridiculous after cancelling my card this money can still be taken from your account!
i signed up for a free trail of $1.97 and then got charged $20 , then was told my live chat a futher $87 would come out of my bank if i dont send the free trail back.
the 14 day offer starts from when you place the order , not when you receive it , i placed order 13/11 and only received it yesterday , they said they would extend my money back offer to 25th dec , so i will be sending it back recorded to uk post address today and hope this works
Like as i said.U can call to this company or send staff back –but this not helping.U need close u card and get new card with new card number.I am to from UK.And when i call to the bank then they said that i am not first .Dont take contakt with seller company but Only speak with Bank. Then u get money back .
I have also been scammed. Spoke to the bank, they said not worth cancelling card, as they can still take money out. Sending out cancellation form to me and the copy, but it takes upto 31days to take effect. Also if they try to take more money out after the 31days the bank will get money back from company. Mean while i'll have to make calls and try to send emails and send the sample back, to have proof that while the cancelllation form has been sent out and the company is still taking money out during the 31day period. Bank said if there's proof of trying to cancel it by phone/ email etc every day the bank will try and get the money back from the company as well.
I too got scammed by this company! I received my package on December 10th when the order was placed November 6th so no way was I able to receive the product, try it, and send it back within the 14 day period. I told the company that the confirmation clearly says I got it on the 10th of Dec. and they told me that they would extend the offer until Jan. 14th so I could send it back. I have cancelled my Visa Debit (check card) after they took out the $86 that I did not authorize. I am supposed to be getting paperwork to fill out to get my money back.
The company told me to send it back and they will refund the money. I told them the card has been cancelled so how am I expected to get the money back. The guy told me that their computer will try times to send it back to the card and if it is unsuccessful then they will send out a paper check. I am not relying on that at all. My guess is that if they did send a paper check, it would probably bounce and I don't even want to deal with that! Obviously they can't be trusted an any form! I am wondering if it is even worth sending the product back with more of my own money since the scamming company won't be giving me back anything (and probably send my stuff back out to someone else falling for this scam!).
I see you mentioned colon cleanser scams. I have cleansed my colon twice in my lifetime and my energy level doubles within 2 weeks of starting the cleanse. I don't use any gimmicky products or scams. I use a very cheap product from Holistic Horizons. I use the psyllium husk mixture combine with the herbal cleansing pills. If you want a truly great product Holistic Horizons is the bomb. Been around for decades. DO a search on Amazon for the product.
I bought into the free $2.00 trial offer of the teethwhiting product too. They charged $200.00+ on my credit card, which is now cancelled. I’ve contacted the Federal Trade Commission, US Better Business Bureau, Consumer Reports, US Attorney General, FOXNEWS->where I got hooked into their advertisement. Contact all of the above agencies – same can be done by the internet. Hopefully the MEDIA will pick up on it one (1) day….HA! The names they used to charge my credit card are: DAZZLEWHITE, SMILE BRIGHT, WHITETEETH & WORLDFIT. The commentary above is so true & I wish I’d checked this out before I got duped….my bad!
Message to victim who posted 12/17/09. I don’t know who you talked to at your Bank who advised you the thieves can still take the money out of your account. If you cancel the card you used (credit or debit) the theives CAN NOT debit or charge further transactions on your account. Take action to CANCEL your DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD immediately.

PLEASE, PLEASE, EVERYONE HELP GET THE WORD ABOUT ABOUT THIS COMPANY OF CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!
I also have just fallen victim to this scam. This company is operated by a bunch of crooks. I ordered the “free” 14 day trial and gave my credit card #. When I read further into the fine print, I called the customer service line immediately within a half hour of my order, and was told that it was too late to cancel and that I should send the package back as soon as I received it. I received the package a couple of weeks later, and after looking at the mascara-tube sized item, determined that it was a rip off and put it back in the mail with a tracking #. It is December 30 and I have just viewed my credit card statement and I see that I have now been charged $86.93 US in addition to the original $11.90 shipping charge. When I phoned the customer service line again, I was told that I was paying for the 30 day trial, which is in fact the little tube. If I can prove that they received the product back by November 28, they will get a refund of the $86.93 to me. I asked if there was someone higher up I could speak with, but the CSR wouldn’t transfer my call. What a bunch of crooks. This company has devised a scheme to basically print money.
