Premium White Ultra and Dazzle Smile Scam Warning!

Teeth Whitening Scams – Severe Toothache, Headache & Full of Butt Pain.
There are plenty of Teeth whitening products like Dazzle Smile, Dazzle White Pro, Premium White and premium white pro etc. Let me assure you that all these scams are run by the same company called “Dazzle White”. They just change the product and company name once the Internet is filled with 1000’s of negative comments and user complaints. However, amazingly people still fall to these cons.
Does teeth whitener like Dazzle Smile and Premium White really work?
Surely, it doesn’t work. That’s the reason they offer the free trial which in reality nothing but a credit card scam. Once you accept this free trail offer, money will be looted from your account month after a month.
Surprisingly Dazzle White Company has Better Business Beuro (BBB Online reliability program) listing. Owner’s name is Jesse Willms (AKA Jesse Williams?) If you look at their BBB online feedback you can see 100’s of complaints from ripped off customers. In fact, this is the same company behind all those Acai berry scams, Hoodia, Green tea, Wu-yi tea and Colon cleanse scams.
How Does Teeth whiteners work?
Only God knows…In fact, I really don’t know. I don’t know its ingredients; I don’t know if they have undergone any clinical trials; I don’t know if there is any medical proof. The only thing I know is, people buy these free trial offers and daily 1000’s of people become a victim.
Beware of Fake Blogs, Fake Case Studies and Fake Testimonials.
Cons went to one step ahead and started abusing social media networks like Twitter.com, Facebook.com etc., where they pretend like real customer. The latest one is called “Fake Blog (Flog or Splog). You’ll see fake blogs like JessicaTeetchwhite.com, JennyGotWhiteSmile.com etc. where you’ll see factious character promoting these scams.
The Bigger SCAM is Free Trial Offer:
We, human being tend to get tempted when we see something for “FREE”. Free trial SCAMS are not free actually. To get the free offer you have to provide them with your credit card details. Initially, you’ll be charged only for “shipping & handling” which small fee. However, if you read the “terms & conditions” of the offer, you’ll come to know how you’ll be trapped.
14 Days to do everything!

Fake smile, fake blog and fake teeth whitener.
The terms clearly say that you have 14 days to try the product. After that you’ll be charged $90 per month. If you don’t want to be re-billed you have to return the product within 14 days. So you get 14 days to receive the product, try it, make sure it doesn’t work, contact the company and get “Return authorization code” (RAM) and send it back – all within 14 days!
Contacting their customer support and getting cancellation confirmation is full of hassles and butt pain…you’ll be crying with frustration and pain.
The BIG BIG Lies:
The shocker is this company will send you another merchandize within 4-5 days after you place the free trial order – you don’t even get 14 days and your credit card will be charged for full price!
Before you realize that you have been conned, your card will be charged for few hundred bucks. The only option left for you is cancelling the credit card.
I’ve been scammed by a free trial offer- what should I do now?
I’m really sorry to say this; please cancel your credit card immediately…go now and call your credit card company. If possible dispute the charges; there is no guarantee that you’ll win the dispute because you have already agreed their so called “Terms & Conditions”. Cancelling your card would prevent you from future charges.
The FTC is trying hard to prevent these online scams. However, con artists find new ways to scam people.
Safe Online buying practice:
If something sounds too good to be true, then it is…remember it always. If you don’t trust an online merchant please always use “Virtual credit card” (VC). VC is a pre paid credit card, which can be used only once. So the con man’s can’t charge your card repeatedly.
And finally please forget teeth whitening products like Dazzle Smile, Premium Whitener.

I have an update for people who have been affected by this scam company. After seeing the $86.93 US charge on my credit card bill, I also noticed a charge for $25 and when I called Premium White and asked them about it, the CSR refused to give me a straight answer. Her exact words were “that is a completely different company. They have nothing to do with us.” When I asked her if she knew what product they represented, because I hadn’t given my credit card # to anyone except for the Premium White, she repeated that it was a different company but that she has a phone # she could give me. When I took the number and called it, after browbeating THAT CSR into telling me who they were, that it is a company called WorldFit, and she told me that I would have received an email giving me a user name and password for some kind of online fitness membership. Apparently I signed up for this when I made my Premium White purchase. I got quite irate with her and she told me that she would put in an immediate cancellation for me and that my financial institution would reimburse me for the charge that they had already put through. This is somehow connected to the Premium White, and I’m going back to my credit card company with this information.
Has anyone else had this experience? By the way, my cc company immediately cancelled my card and issued me a new one.
Yes the same thing happended to us. what phone # did you call to cancel?
Thanks!
Hi! I just boughted for me to have whitter theeth ,and this is why I get for been dump, and next time I see and advertiment on the internet I have to say to myself and to other businesses, good by! to your sales . I will never buy anything from the internet, beaucaus it is all scam!Mrs.X from Tracy Ca.
Yes, the same exact thing happened to me. Both Dazzlesmile and Worldfit cancelled the so-called “memberships” and I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Hi, I just thought I would let you all know that I too got scammed by this company ‘dazzle smile’ in November 09 and have been batteling with the Better Business Bureau to get a refund. I thought this would give the rest of you a glimmer of hope. I have had a REFUND from Dazzle smile!! Dazzle smile took the shipping and handling fee out of my bank and then took the $87.62 and then because i had aparently not ‘opted out’ of other companies getting my card details, ‘elitepack’ took more money for some website ‘login’. I have had all this money back other than the origional $11.90 shipping and handling fee. It has taken a while but I am glad that they do not have my money anymore. If anyone would like me to help them I am more than happy to explain what I did just write back to me. good luck everyone, there is light at the end of the tunnel!!!!!!

yes, i got duped by this company as well. I got a membership to “worldfit” (some crazy internet site for fitness advice). so far i have spent about $115. Please let me know how you got your money back. I have called them a few times, but not getting anywhere. My email is anaximander71@yahoo.com
thanks
I have had the exact same experience and I am starting the process to get my money back. Can you give me any advice?
Hi Andrew Butler,
Please see the reply to scotts comment jan 5th 11.05pm to scott and Jason as this explains what I did to get my money back, I hope it works for you! please write back to me if you have any more questions and let me know how you get on.

hi ellie i just found out ive been scammed too but i have noo idea how to cancell this..i have no idea where to start this product cancellation? can you please help me out and give me information of how to start this cancellation?
Hi Alex,
1. First you need to ring up the original company that you ordered the product from (in my case dazzle smile) and you need to cancel your membership with them and ask them to send you a confirmation of cancellation through email. (If you ordered two products make sure they are both cancelled).
2 Tell your credit card company to monitor your account and to dispute any charges that go out from now on (however you will not be able to use your credit card – what i did was tell them i will not be using it so any money going out is unauthorised).
3. Find out from Dazzle smile what other companies/affiliates your are signed up to (in my case it was dazzle smile postage and packaging charge(healthsmile $11.90 appeared on my statement),dazzle smile (pristine health on my statement $87.62) and world club fitness(Elitepack $24.82 on my statement)then also ring these companies and get a cancellation number and keep hold of it. I think health smile and pristine health are both dazzle smile but the one you really need to cancel is elite pack (this is the website login in my case -which I never even received.
Dazzle smile did give me another company which I may have been signed up to called ezykit (no money actually went out from this company but the woman said i could be signed up to it. So if you can find a number for this company ring them to make sure you aren’t signed up. Once you have done all this, these companies can not take any money out of your bank as you have cancellation numbers.
4. If not done already, send your parcel back with the number they ask for on the package and keep a note of it yourself, then send it recorded delivery and make sure you get a tracking number (that way you can track it and know when they have got it) in my case I did not do this and it took a lot longer to get my money back because I only had proof of postage.
5. Ring dazzle smile in a few days tell them you have returned it back and have a tracking number. They will probably tell you that refunds will get processed every 2 weeks. Get a date from them that you refund should go in, wait until the day after that date, if no refund contact the Better Business Bureau (trading standards in America) and explain everything you have done and state what you want from them. (I told them i had returned the parcel and wanted a refund). Dazzle smile replied and said I needed a tracking number (which I did not have) and to send the parcel back. Explain to the BBB that you are not happy with dazzle smiles answer and state again that you want a refund of ALL charges taken (except p+p as they will not refund this) then the BBB will contact dazzle smile and explain that you are not happy with their response and in my case dazzle smile must have got fed up of replying and just replied ‘we have refunded the money back into your account it should be in your account within 5-7 business days. They refunded it within 2 days.
Please let me know if this is any help to you, I hope it is and i hope you get your money back like I did, if I can help just one person get a refund then I will be more than happy. You just have to keep pressing dazzle smile but do it through the BBB because companies are scared of them and will just refund. Please let me know how you get on and please email back if you need to know anything else.

I am having the same headache that you are having now. I cancelled with dazzlesmile wtihin 20 minutes of the purchase, have a confirmation number and sent 15 pages worth of documentation to my credit card company and they want me to call 3 companies and try to cancel my account. I have contacted the BBB and done everything I can. do you have any suggestions?
Hi Lori,
make sure you have cancelled all the companies individually, then wait for the bbb to suggest what to do. Dazzle smile will probably try and brush it off and give some excuse, just write back saying no you are not happy with their esponse and you want a refund. This worked for me. Good luck huni x
Can you please let me know how to get my money back from these scam artists. This world fit garbage really ticked me off. Yeah they supposedly sent me a password for something I didn’t sign up for. What a scam!!! I am so angry. Can you please let me know what you did? Thanks:^)

Explain to your credit card company you have been scammed by Premium / Dazzel white. You gave them ur credit card to pay for shipping cost ONLY. You did not read the terms & conditions. You did not give them permission to take any other money from your account. How dare they give your credit card details to another company which has also helped itself to more of your money. You want a chargeback. Then you just hope for the best really. Make sure you have cancelled with Premium / Dazzel white and return anything they sent you or they will just continue to take your money every month for life !!
This is definately a Scam. Premium White says a 14 day free trial. But check your bill before the trial is even up I was billed 86.93 twice. Then another 24.13 from another company. And by the way the free trial when the tube is empty they want it back within 13 days.

And by the way the free trial when the tube is empty they want it back within 14 days After the trial ends or they say it’s too late you are getting charged.
I too was scammed by this company. I only agreed to the shipping charge for the trial offer and was quite adamit that I would not receive nor get charged for additional packages. I recorded the individuals name that I spoke to and date and low and behold I was charged twice more for 87.62 each time just as the previous stories. I called the company back and was told that no one by the name I had recorded ever worked there and that I was obligated to pay these fees. I have spoken to my credit card company and am disputing the charges. I have told my credit card company that I had been scammed. They are investigating.
I too have been ‘had over’ by these people… I jumped at the chance for the 14-day free trial… admittedly I didn’t read the T&Cs until afterwards, I did receive an eMail that said the item was desptached and my trial had begun… after 10 days (not received item) I called and cancelled, they said I had 14 days from start of trial (date the order was placed) to return the item… I explained I hadn’t received the item so they agreed an extra 5 days for the item to be returned.
I explained that I was going away for a month and that by the time of the arrival (5 days before I did go away) I would not have had the 14 days trial…. same old spiel.. you have 14 days from start of trial to return the item or we charge you $87 …
I said there was no way I can get the item back to them in the timescale… received an eMail stating that my acocunt had been cancelled, no further charges etc…
I immediately contacted my credit card, explained the situation and remarkably.. I am still liable for the costs as I gave out my credit card information.
I paid the full balance of my card, cut it into lots of pieces, told the credit card company that there were no further charges approved by me and that I wanted to close the account..
And whilst away on holiday for 1 month the charges started to hit, worldhealth and pristinehealth.
I have disputed these with my credit card, refused to pay them, they have now frozen the card, but still claim I am liable for the costs… I argued that I told them in advance that there were no further charges approved, and to cancel the account, therefore, any costs were at their fault and not mine…
I’m still in dispute, my card account has been referred to ‘collections’.. I have sent them the eMails, have sent back the product albeit after the 14 days..
So frustrating…. but then not sure which is more frustrating, my credit card, sorry.. I meant EX credit card company for allowing the charges, or Dazzle Ripoff White Dot com.
Aaaaggghhhhh…
Please beware of these scamsters !
I am another person scammed by “Premium White”. I noticed the charge on my card within 2 days and called their customer no-service number. I had to pay $14 to send the trial product back overnight with a tracking number; I immediately cancelled my credit (debit) card. For the last 2 months I have been trying to get my refund (they never sent any product). They are now saying that since my card they charged is cancelled, and the credit back to it was rejected by my bank, that they do not have any other way to pay me and I should dispute it with the bank (who never received any funds from them!). The last CSR was a real b—- and kept talking over my explanation with no intent of helping or caring, and hung up on me.
Which BBB do I contact to register a strong complaint. The address I had for Premium White was in Aurora, Colorado, but the CO BBB had no listing of them.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. At this point, it is not just the money, but satisfaction of doing some small part to make these scammers pay. Thanks.
Roy
I have an address for the Federal Trade Commission:
Federal Trade Commission
Comsumer Response Centre
600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington DC 20580
or toll free helpline 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357)
or I think u can get online and use their secure complaint form at their website
Well I to got scammed too, just found out last night actually…So I called my credit card company, cancelled my card, and apparently I send in a dispute form and my credit card company says it will reverse the charges…but reading about everyone else’s troubles im guessing it may not be that easy. I got screwed for 300.00 Canadian..2 charges from 2 different companys
Also got scammed by Premium White. Paid $200 for a useless pen which does not work. Initially I thought it was on trial for $12. When I did not return this I was billed nearly $90, then ten days later, another $90. I was sent a second parcel which I IMMEDIATELY sent back to the Australian address, but of course the money was never reimbursed, and if I ring I get fobbed off.
PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THIER PRODUCT IS USELESS AND IF THEY GET HOLD OF YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU. I HAD TO CANCEL MINE
