Traffic Kahuna is a stupid SEO scam?

Traffic Kahuna by Jason Potash is Another Idiot Joke!
Have you received promotion emails from BIG guys for Traffic Kahuna, the next BIG thing in Internet Marketing? Heck, Brad Callen is even giving away one of his top product if you buy Traffic Kahuna through his link.
First of all, I haven’t bought it; And I won’t invest $997 (or $147 per month) on a product which is extremely short lived. But after reading the sales page I came to following conclusion.
The Claim:
Get one way quality backlink from 1268 websites & 668 blogs which will result in huge PR (page rank) boost & higher SERp (search engine position) for any keywords.
Sounds great right? More content, more backlinks, better indexing, better SERp & tons of traffic…
WRONG…
How it works?
You submit your content (upload) through a form. You are given a ftp style account. Then what happens is, all the content is published on a blog with a RSS feed. The feed is then subscribed to other blogs in the network. So what happens is your uploaded content is seen when someone visits any of the other blogs in the network. The same thing happens when a Search engine’s bot visits these blogs.
Another point to note – the more people in the network, the more your content gets syndicated (and more links pointing to your website) At present you can get 1931 links. Nevertheless, the sites in the network are legit; they are not created with scrapped content or random feeds.
The Problem…
Although Jason claims that there would be no “duplicate content” issues it won’t take more than couple of weeks for Search engines to find the similar snippets of content spread across 1931 sites. The SE’s will most likely call this a “Bad Neighborhood” once they see the constant repetitive pattern here and completely discount all the links coming from these sites.
In fact, Google will get a copy of this product today & would catch all the sites in the network manually.
Think NO?
Think again.
Few months back Google manuaaly ZERO’ed Page rank of all the blogs which participated in “sponsored review” programs like PayPerPost, Review Me etc.
I know this fact because PR of this site went from 5 to ZERO! ( Fortunately, they didn’t ban the site because it would a be stupid idea to de-index all the quality content sites. Google just doesn’t like selling page rank directly or indirectly)
Does Google Manually Check Site Quality?
Yes, they do!
See this leaked report from Google about Quality checking guidelines. It’s a 43-page, logical, in-depth site reviewing manual from a search engine’s perspective (sorry, I can’t upload this report to my server due to copyright infringement… that’s why I linked to Google search…let Google find their own confidential report for you!)
Last thought:
I’m not saying that it’s totally useless product…this service may work for couple of months. And I must say that it’s over priced
THE GAME IS OVER!
Regards
RB
PS: Ahhh…no affiliate links here if you are expecting one!

Hey thanks for the blog,
I have been reading about this Traffic Kahuna that I was going to use for my traffic site, but a friend told me that it is better to go for Quality Links too.
I have confirmed my mind to avoid! Thanks Again
Matt
Thanks for the heads up
i was thinking…farm…duplicate content…google not that stupid. I just neede the explanation/confirmation. It allways goes back to two things.
if the product will ruin googles business they will stop it.
if it seems too good to be true, it is.

Is Linkvana the same as Traffic Kahuna? Linkvana will give users unlimited one-way backlinks and I’m considering using it.
Hey RB,
Not taking sides here but if Traffic Kahuna is merely linking between blog content then it isnt duplicate content. Linking and posting are not the same thing. Can you give more details since I don’t know how Kahuna works.
If the articles are duplicately published on all blogs without deviation then you are right.
I hope you are wrong because if this is true then whats stopping people to try and fuck there competitions website by running it trough the program?
As john says,
this would make ruining your competitors a breeze. F**k them up by giving them traffic kahuna links. Surely you see how ridiculous that would be?
You have provided a lot of professional ideas about web hosting and specific comparison of linux web hosting plans.
I was reading an email from Brad Callen about the new Web2Mayhem and found out that it's actually the next version of Traffic Kahuna. Thank goodness I came to your blog because I do my due diligence(i.e Homework)
Now I know who's email list i should unsubscribe……LOL
