Constantly down and the response has been unreliable. I would advise all people against using webhostingpad. The support has been absolutely poor. They never answer the phone and they never respond to your comments on the live chat. They just leave you there once the live chat has been activated and the live chat session automatically ends. Please stay away from webhostingpad.com. Don't believe webhosting unlimited advertisement, it's not true. They have been around long enough and invested enough that they are reliable. In essence, they have gone through all the growing pains that the others are just now going through. If I had to state a minor annoyance with Host Gator it would be that if you are working with their reseller hosting, you cannot give clients their own cpanel (or I haven't figured out how to do it). I don't have that many clients that I need to worry about this but if that is your business model (to have multiple clients) it's something you should speak with Host Gator about before signing up.
